How do I receive the program? You will receive an email with a link to download the Gavin Otte Fitness app which has everything you need inside!
Is this a subscription based program? Yes. As part of the membership you receive continuously updated content and resources within the Gavin Otte Fitness app, along with access to the exclusive Gavin Otte Fitness community of like-minded members (including me) to trek the journey together and hold each other accountable. You have the option of a monthly based program, 3-monthly or 6-monthly. You can cancel at anytime.
I'm new to the gym - is this good for beginners? These workouts can be done by all fitness levels. If you're a beginner, choose weights that are light enough for your fitness level and gradually work your way up.

How do I cancel? To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all of your workouts, plans, support and guide will be removed from your account.
Is each month the same? No, each month is different to ensure constant and continual growth based on science-back principles. This will involve changes to the weight you lift as well as changes to the exercises you perform.
